Greensboro Area Health Education Center offers a wide variety of continuing education programs for dental professionals. We are an approved provider by the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners (NCSBDE), and work closely with the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. Greensboro AHEC, as part of the North Carolina Area Health Education Centers, is an approved provider of PACE credit.
Greensboro AHEC Continuing Dental Education Courses have met the criteria of the North Carolina Dental Hygiene Society for continuing education credit.
Greensboro AHEC requests continuing education credit from the Dental Assisting National Board for all programs relevant to Dental Assistants. “DANB Approval” indicates that a continuing education course appears to meet certain specifications as described in the DANB Recertification Guidelines. DANB does not, however, endorse or recommend any participant continuing education course and is not responsible for the quality of any course content.
