The Greensboro AHEC supports the Council for Allied Health in North Carolina, an organization which brings Allied Health educators, employers, and professionals together to ensure that North Carolinians have access to a well-prepared, well-distributed Allied Health workforce. As part of this mission, the Council partners with the North Carolina AHEC program and the Cecil B. Sheps Center to monitor workforce trends in North Carolina.
