Contains information about cultural beliefs, medical issues, and
other related issues pertinent to the healthcare of recent
immigrants. The site offers information in Cambodian, Chinese,
Ethiopian, Russian, Somali, Vietnamese, and Spanish.
Hmong Health Website
Hmoob Kev Mob Nkeeg ~ Hmong Health Website is designed to promote
health information about and for Hmong residents. It includes a
dictionary of medical terms and illustrations of various parts of
the body, labeled in both English and Hmong, information about
Hmong cultural practices, and links to pamphlets written in the
Hmong language. The site is funded by a National Library of
Medicine contract with Northern Wisconsin Area Health Education
Center.
