• Substitutes welcome - just call to let us know information about substitutions.
• Vouchers available - notify us two days prior to program if you cannot attend in order to receive a voucher for amount paid. If refund preferred, must be requested at least two business days in advance. A 30% administrative fee will be deducted.
• Attend five Greensboro AHEC programs in 2008 and receive a voucher for a free Greensboro AHEC workshop.
• ADA Services provided - if you need services or auxiliary aids covered by ADA call us in advance at 336-832-8025.
• Student discounts available - call 336-832-8025 for details.
• Inclement weather accommodations - call us at 336-832-8025 for up-to-date information on cancelled or rescheduled programs.

Directions are provided to our programs on the Greensboro AHEC website. Simply click on the Maps & Lodging link located on the left hand side of this screen. Please use these directions and not MapQuest. Parking at Moses Cone Hospital, The Women’s Hospital of Greensboro and Wesley Long Community Hospital is free. Additional parking is available in the Elm Street lot (corner of Elm and Northwood) at Moses Cone Hospital.
