Greensboro AHEC is committed to providing continuing education to the entire spectrum of Public Health Professionals including health care professionals, social workers and environmental health professionals. One area of interest has been to work with CETAC (Continuing Education Training and Advisory Committee) to develop and provide effective training for Public Health Social Workers. Greensboro AHEC maintains active involvement in a statewide continuing education network that includes partnering with the UNC at Chapel Hill School of Public Health, NC Institute of Public Health and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
